Terms & Conditions:

1. Event Location Restrictions:
   We do not cater to remote or hard-to-access areas. If your venue is not easily reachable, extra transport and setup fees may apply.

2. Payment Terms:

   • 50% non-refundable deposit via bank transfer within 6 hours of placing the order

   • Remaining 50% due before the start of the event

   • Booking Time:
     Minimum 48 hours notice is required to confirm any booking.

3. Overtime Charges:
   Extra hours beyond the included time are charged AED 150/hour per Shisha Master.

4. Age Restriction:
   Shisha service is strictly available for guests aged 21 and above only.
