How do I place an order on the website?

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Select your preferred shisha category
  2. Choose your flavor and quantity
  3. Add any optional add-ons
  4. Click Checkout and add delivery notes (Building/Villa name)
  5. Select your Date & Time slot and include your Google Maps link
  6. Enter your contact details and choose your payment method
  7. Complete your order and share your Google Maps location via WhatsApp

Can I order via WhatsApp?

Yes, you can order via WhatsApp. Our team will assist you in creating your order and confirming the delivery details.

How far in advance should I book?

Our delivery operates on a time-slot basis. Once a slot is fully booked, it will no longer be available.
We recommend placing your order as early as possible to secure your preferred delivery time.

Can I schedule my order for later?

Yes, you can schedule your order for a different date and time directly from the website during checkout.

What if I enter the wrong address?

How does the Rewards Program work?

• Earn: Get 100 Hookah Points on every order
• Redeem: Every 100 points = 14 AED (redeem starting from 300 points)
• Refer a Friend: Share your unique referral link. When they place their first order:
– You get 30 AED
– Your friend gets 15 AED

Delivery & Collection

What are your delivery timings?

We deliver shisha daily between 3:00 PM and 12:30 AM.
Delivery time depends on the date and time slot selected during checkout.

 

Is there a delivery charge?

Yes, delivery charges apply and vary depending on:

  • Your location
  • Distance
  • Peak / rush hours

The exact delivery fee will be shown during checkout.

What areas do you cover?

We currently deliver across Dubai only.

Do you deliver to hotels?

Yes, we deliver to hotels. However:

  • Guests must confirm that the hotel allows shisha delivery
  • A refundable cash deposit is required for each shisha
  • The deposit will be returned upon collection

Do you provide immediate delivery?

Yes, we offer Express Delivery for urgent orders.
This is a paid service and will be added on top of your order total.

When will you collect the shisha?

Shisha collection is scheduled within 24 hours from the delivery time.
If the shisha is not ready for collection after 48 hours, an extra daily charge will apply until it is collected.

Do I need to be available for collection?

You can either:

  • Be available for collection, or
  • Leave the shisha safely in front of your door and inform our team

Please ensure the items are accessible for smooth collection.

Shisha & Setup

What is included in the shisha delivery?

Each shisha delivery includes:

  • Shisha: Prepared with your selected tobacco (1 or 2 heads depending on your order)
  • Accessories: One disposable hose per shisha, charcoal burner, and charcoal clips
  • Fuel: One bag of charcoal (up to 8 pieces)
  • Setup: Our shisha master can prepare the shisha for you upon request

Extra charcoal and add-ons can be ordered through our website.

Do you provide charcoal?

Yes, each order includes one bag of charcoal (up to 8 pieces).
Additional charcoal can be added during checkout.

Do you provide disposable pipes?

Yes, we provide one disposable hose per shisha for hygiene and comfort.

Do you set up the shisha?

Yes, setup is available upon customer request and depends on the selected service.
Our shisha master will prepare it for you on-site.

How many heads are included?

This depends on the shisha category:

  • Some shishas include one head
  • Others include two heads

This will be clearly mentioned when selecting your shisha.

Can I have two different flavors on the same shisha?

No, this is not possible.
Each shisha will be prepared with one flavor only.
If your order includes two heads, both heads will have the same flavor.

Can I order extra charcoal or flavors?

Yes, you can add extra charcoal, flavors, or accessories directly while placing your order on the website.

Payments & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on delivery
  • Card payment upon delivery
  •  Online payment link (additional 5% processing fee applies)

Do you accept cash?

Yes, we accept cash on delivery.

Is there a deposit?

No deposit is required for apartments or villas.
A refundable cash deposit per shisha is required only for:

  • Hotels
  • Hotel apartments
  • Short-term rentals

The deposit will be returned upon collection.

Are there any hidden charges?

No, there are no hidden charges.
All applicable fees (delivery, express service, add-ons, etc.) will be clearly shown on the order confirmation page before checkout.

Do prices differ between website and WhatsApp?

Yes. Prices on our website are usually lower than WhatsApp orders.
We always recommend ordering directly through our website for the best price and rewards benefits.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we provide promotions and discounts from time to time.

Policies & Requirements

Is there an age restriction?

Yes. Customers must be 18 years or older to order or use our shisha services.

What happens if I keep the shisha longer?

Shisha collection is scheduled within 24 hours.
If the shisha is kept for more than 48 hours without prior coordination with our customer care team, a daily penalty charge will apply and must be paid upon collection.

What if something gets damaged or lost?

Please refer to our Terms & Conditions – Article 9 for full details regarding damaged or lost items:

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order:

  • Free cancellation if the driver has not started heading to your location
  • If the driver has already been dispatched, cancellation charges may apply

Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible for cancellations.

Do you deliver during bad weather?

No. We may temporarily stop deliveries during bad weather or unsafe conditions to ensure the safety of our team.
We will inform customers and reschedule orders accordingly.
