LETS HOOKAH L.L.C, a limited liability company registered in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), trading under the name Let's Hookah, available at www.letshookah.co, with its registered offices located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (hereby referred to as "Let's Hookah").

Let's Hookah provides these terms and conditions to inform its users, buyers, and other visitors browsing the website (collectively referred to as "Users/Buyers") of the terms of service regarding the procedures, policies, and use of the Let's Hookah website. By accessing and/or using the Let's Hookah website and/or registering for a Let's Hookah account, you hereby agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, including our collection, use, disclosure, processing, and retention of personal information.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Let's Hookah website, including any content, function, and services offered. By using the website, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding agreement and meet all eligibility requirements.

In direct accordance with the acceptance of these Terms of Service, all copyrights and other intellectual property rights relating to the Let's Hookah website shall accrue exclusively to Let's Hookah L.L.C. The User shall receive a right to use the website in accordance with these Terms.

• The User may reproduce the software insofar as is necessary for the use of the software within the scope of the license, including installation on the agreed number of computers and loading into RAM.
• The User may make necessary back-up copies of the software. A backup copy must be designated as such and carry a copyright notice.
• The User may not modify or remove copyright notices within the software or other features serving to identify the program.

These Terms govern the sale and provision of Shisha rental services and Shisha catering services (collectively referred to as "Services") offered by Let's Hookah on its website.

Users of the Let's Hookah website must be 18 years of age or older. The services are intended solely for existing smokers located in the United Arab Emirates, Dubai. We reserve the right to limit access to the website if we have reasonable suspicion that a user is underage.

You will be required to show proof of age upon delivery. Any purchase made by an individual found to be under 18 years of age will be deemed null and void. By accessing and using our website, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally eligible to purchase the offered services.

In order to access certain features, users may need to create an account using an email address. Users also have the option to make purchases without an account using the guest option.

• You must provide true and accurate information and agree not to impersonate any person or entity.
• Use strong passwords combining upper-case and lower-case letters, numbers, and symbols.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential to prevent unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or edit your account at our sole discretion if we have reasonable belief that the account has been misused or is in violation of these Terms.

The Let's Hookah website may contain advertisements and/or external links to third-party websites. We do not endorse, represent, or control the content of any external sites unless otherwise expressly stated. We shall not be held responsible for or assume any liability towards the content displayed on, or the functionality or performance of, external sites.

External sites may collect your data, including personal information, and may use cookies or other tracking technologies. It is your responsibility to review the terms and privacy policy of any external site.

Any works and materials (including text, graphics, images, audio material, video material, scripts, software, and files) that you submit to us for storage or publication on the website are hereby referred to as "Uploaded Content".

• Users grant Let's Hookah a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, store, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any existing or future media.
• Users waive all moral rights within the Uploaded Content to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• Uploaded Content must not be illegal, unlawful, infringe any person's legal rights, be libelous, obscene, indecent, or violate any intellectual property rights.
• If you breach these Terms, we may delete, unpublish, or edit any or all Uploaded Content.

Users can place an order by clicking "Book Now," "Order Now," or any related button, selecting the desired service and completing the checkout process. The total amount payable will include 5% VAT as per applicable UAE taxation laws.

• The price does not include delivery charges.
• All equipment provided as part of the service shall remain the property of Let's Hookah L.L.C. Disposable hoses and tobacco consumables are included in the price and do not need to be returned.
• Your order will be considered complete once you receive an order confirmation from us.
• Payment can be made by cash on delivery or by card on delivery.
• Refusing to accept payment for a delivery order upon arrival may result in being blacklisted and your account being suspended or terminated.
• Users opting for hotel delivery are required to pay a cash security deposit of AED 500 upon delivery, returned upon return of all equipment.

If you wish to cancel or amend an order, please contact your assigned delivery driver directly or reach out to our customer service team. Unless you provide 48 hours' notice, we may charge you for your cancelled order. Free cancellation applies if equipment is defective or damaged upon delivery and photographic evidence is provided.

If you fail to return any provided equipment within 24 hours of delivery, a penalty equal to the amount paid for the service will be applicable for each day of delay, up to a maximum of 4 days.

Damage / loss charges for equipment:

We assume that users of our services are existing shisha users and possess knowledge of how to smoke shisha and prepare the equipment safely. Once the service has been delivered and set up, you will be responsible for the continued safe use of the equipment.

• Users must not leave a charcoal heater or shisha device unattended while in use.
• Switch off the equipment, including charcoal heater(s), immediately after use.
• Let's Hookah L.L.C shall not be held liable for any property damage, injury, or loss due to improper use of the equipment.

Shisha should not be used by individuals who:

• Are under 18 years of age
• Are allergic or sensitive to nicotine
• Should avoid tobacco or nicotine for medical reasons
• Have an unstable heart condition, severe hypertension, or diabetes
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, Let's Hookah excludes all representations and warranties relating to the subject matter of these Terms. We will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to: loss of profits, income, revenue, data, contracts, or any special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage.

Without prejudice to our other rights, if a User breaches these Terms or we reasonably suspect a breach, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently prohibit access, send formal warnings, block IP addresses, contact internet service providers, commence legal action, and/or suspend or delete your account.

Revised Terms shall apply to the use of all Let's Hookah websites from the date of publication. Let's Hookah will give written notice of any revision. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you are prohibited from accessing our website.

If you come across content that may violate our Terms, you should report it through the appropriate channels. Our team reviews all cases. To protect individual privacy, the results of investigations are not shared. Users may receive a warning to their account for violations, sent to the registered email address.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Let's Hookah website:

• Adult Services & Pornography — No exchange of adult-oriented or pornographic materials.
• Inappropriate Behavior & Language — Bullying, harassment, and hate speech are condemned.
• Phishing and Spam — Malicious content intended to compromise any account or computer environment.
• Fraud / Unlawful Use — Use of Let's Hookah for any unlawful purposes or illegal activities.
• Multiple Accounts — Users are limited to one active account. Additional accounts will be disabled.
• Targeted Abuse — Harassment of other users through the message or ordering system.

Users irrevocably agree to treat any information received from any User as highly confidential, to maintain all such information in strict confidence, not disclose it to any third parties, not use it for any purpose except for delivering the agreed-upon work, and not to copy or reproduce any of the information without permission.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. All disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be exclusively referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Dubai in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). All proceedings shall be conducted in English.

In the event that any applicable laws, rules, regulations, decrees, or agreements become effective and have a material adverse economic effect upon either party, Let's Hookah reserves the right to amend its Terms and Privacy Policy accordingly.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Let's Hookah and the User. These Terms are made up of nineteen (19) Sections and may only be modified by a written amendment executed by Let's Hookah and any authorized executive or legal counsel solely appointed by Let's Hookah.

If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties' original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect.
